Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the PKP Train Ticket Registration program operated jointly by Deutsche Bahn (DB) and Polskie Koleje PaƄstwowe (PKP).

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of Germany or Poland. Each person may register only once using a valid email address. Duplicate registrations will be rejected.

2. Registration Process

To participate, you must complete the registration form with your personal details and provide an answer to the designated question. Submitting the form constitutes your binding registration. All submissions are final and cannot be modified after submission.

3. Selection & Ticket Allocation

Tickets are allocated based on the proximity of your answer to the correct value. This is not a lottery or first-come-first-served system. The selection process is conducted after the registration period closes. The organizers' decision is final and not subject to appeal.

4. Tickets

Selected participants will be notified via email with instructions to claim their ticket. Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Unclaimed tickets within the specified deadline will be forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not responsible for technical failures, transmission errors, or delays in the registration process. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For participants in Poland, mandatory consumer protection provisions of Polish law remain applicable.
